SHIPPING, RETURN & PAYMENT
SHIPPING POLICY & HANDLING COSTS
Orders placed after 18:00 (HKT) will be processed the following business days.
Each order will be customised according to your design specification and dispatched from our Hong Kong office around 3 – 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address when placing your order and when your shipment has been dispatched from our Hong Kong office.
All orders will be shipped via the courier selected by our customer during check-out on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Please allow an additional 2 – 3 business days for deliveries to outlying Islands of Hong Kong and remote areas.
All orders will be shipped in non-woven bag and packed in brown envelope, the final packaging methods will depend on the contents of the order.
We cannot guarantee any particular delivery date for your orders. Items ordered together may be shipped separately.
Items will be delivered according to their availability. In case of incomplete delivery, only the items delivered will be charged. Our customer service may contact you for alternate replacement options. Please note that ChillTee reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or information errors.
All shipments must be signed for unless otherwise stated by the customer(s) or within your order notes.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method to be used.
We want to see the knowing smile on your face through wearing and using our product(s) as our website is built upon customer satisfaction and high quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, all eligible refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt, together with proof of purchase.
Personalised products are not eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty (please see below) and/or due to manufacturing error. As personalised products cannot be re-sold and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
We cannot provide a refund or exchange where one of the below conditions has occurred by the customer when placed an order on our website.
- Typing and/or incorrect image(s) upload error you have made on our customized platform;
- A result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use of product(s)
Therefore, we are unable to exchange or return your order that has been successfully processed as each product is customised. Please use the Preview button to see how your ordered item(s) will look and carefully review all details before placing your order.
If you have ordered a non-personalised product, you will need to return the product at your own cost and/or send photos for inspection. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
Please get in touch with our customer service to discuss the possible options available.
You will be eligible to a refund or exchange if the product:
- Does not fit for a particular purpose that is expressly stated; or
- Does not match the description and measurement stated
Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed.
Note: Pictures and information are for reference only, commodity in pictures shooting, different lighting and display color and other issues may cause color discrepancy, all to prevail in kind.

2) Pay by Cheque
Cheques should be crossed and made payable to “Cash’s Apparel Solutions Hong Kong Limited T/A ChillTee”.

Payment can be made at our office by cash or cheque.

Inter-bank online and cheque transaction will require 2 – 3 working days to be processed.
All invoice amount will be round up to the nearest HK dollar for payment
Transaction that process via ATM transfer, remittance or cheque machine payment during non-office bank hours will be confirmed the next working day.

2) S.F. Express:
Door-to-Door Service (Residential and/or Industrial area):Cash on Delivery (Fee pay directly to S.F.)
Self Pick-up at one of S.F. Collection Point / EF Locker: Cash on Delivery (Fee pay directly to S.F.)
3) International Shipping via Hong Kong Post: HK$200 per order
Monday to Friday: 9:30a.m. – 6:30p.m. (Lunch: 1:00p.m. – 2:00p.m.)
Saturday: 9:30a.m. – 1:00p.m.
Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed
