How to manage your account and its features

What methods of payment do you accept?

For online payment, we use VISA, MasterCard, American Express via Paypal, Payme and while cheque, ATM and cash for offline payment. Please note ChillTee does not hold or save any of your sensitive information – credit card number, security code and expiry date during any transactions made.

Why should I become a registered user?

Registering with us gives you the privileges to shop anywhere, anytime! You be able to take advantage of advance notices on special promotions and sales and keep track of your order from confirmation to delivery.

How do I register?

Thank you for supporting and we are happy to have you as a member of ChillTee. If you are a new customer to ChillTee, you will need to complete our registration form, including information such as name, shipping and billing address. A registration email will be sent to your provided email to complete the process.


Commonly asked questions about ordering and delivery arrangement

Can I change/cancel my order once it has been placed?

We are unable to revise your order that has been successfully processed as each product is customised. Please use the Preview button to see how your ordered item(s) will look and carefully review all details before placing your order.

How long does it take to get my order?

Your order will be dispatched from our office in Hong Kong within 3 – 7 business days from the order date. We will dispatch to your delivery address either by Hong Kong Post or by courier. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to arrive at the provided address. In sum, your order will arrive at the provided delivery address around 2 weeks.

Can I see what my ordered product(s) look like before production?

Our customise platform allows customer to preview their product prior to checkout. Please note that the details of your design will be treated as approved upon the completion of payment. Shall there be any special request(s) or concern(s), email or contact us via the black notification button on the lower left of the page now.

Basic guidelines and how customisation works

How accurate is the preview of my products on the website?

Our customise platform provides a 9 out of 10 accurancy of your product, however, colors of the actual product(s) may vary depending on your monitor or phone screen settings and resolution.

Can I have a custom logo/artwork printed on product(s) that are not listed on the website?

We would be more than delighted to quote any custom job. If you would like a quote, please send an email to stating the type of product and quantity you require, the details of the product, preferably a photo of product(s) for our team to review.

What is the recommended picture size (pixels and/or dpi) and file format to use for my uploaded image?

We can handle any file type, but we prefer AI, PDF, and PNG file format with a minimum resolution of 300DPI. (.png, .psd, .jpg, .gif), we prefer high resolution. The printing area of the artwork is equivalent to 13″ x 15″ or A4 size.
