If you would like to customise your own design, we welcome you to use our online custom design platform, fully customisable with drag and drop interface. We will treat your design as approved upon the completion of payment.
You can also download our embroidered cap template and complete your design based on the written guidelines.
24hrs express service does not apply to embroidered cap products. However, we do offer as early as 3 days expedite service and will be based on the complexity of the design submitted. In a nutshell, it will be best to contact our customer service if you have any questions about your design and requested date.
Express service is available for office pick-up only and on the basis of the required quantity, colour available in our warehouse.
We can handle any file type, but we prefer AI, PDF, and PNG file format with a minimum resolution of 300DPI. We prefer high resolution.
The maximum embroidery area is 10cm x 3.5cm.
Artwork with fine lines and canvas/photo are not accepted.
